SECRET BOND
SECRET BOND

In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful"
Assalamu Alaikum Wa
Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
Allah Ta’ãla grants this type
of connection to His special servants, about whom He says; “We increase them in guidance”. This is a special status which Allah granted
to the ’Ashãbul Kahf’ (companions
of the cave). They were a group of young people who embraced Imãn, but where
granted a special status beyond that, a special link, when Allah bonded their
hearts, after having increased their guidance.
Kwaja
Azizul Hasan (R) used to say:
“Only You and I are aware of this secret bond. No one else is aware of it.”
He further says:
“There is no companion like You, there is no supporting
friend. We are conversing at every moment, yet there is no sound.”
Shaykh
Ashraf Ali Thãnwi (R) says,
“A voice is heard in the heart which says; ’Do this and
do not do that.’ After establishing a connection with Allah, one constantly
receives guidance from the unseen.”
My friends, we can increase our
value even today. I will tell you this with a yearning heart that the Ummah
today looks towards us, who have some sort of connection with Ilm.The people
are searching for Haji Imdãdullah, Shaykh Gangohi, Shaykh Qasim Nãnotwi, Shaykh
Thãnwi, Shaykh Ismail Shaheed, Junaid Baghdãdi and Bayazeed Bustãmi (R).
People are yearning for the
lovers of Allah of that category. They are looking towards us according to the
standards of our predecessors.
My friends, it is necessary that
we become Wali’s of Allah. This is not impossible. I have said it earlier that
to become a Saint is not impossible. But achieving Prophethood is impossible.
Shaykh
Hakimul Ummat Thãnwi (R) used to
say;
“Sainthood constitutes two parts, Imãn and Taqwa, as
the Qur’ãn says; ’Those who have embraced Imãn and have Taqwa.’ Every Muslim
has acquired half sainthood i.e. Imãn. Now the next step is that of Taqwa, and
once this is acquired, one is a Wali (saint).”

A doctor came from Syria to Madinah. With the
permission of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) he opened his surgery in
the city of Madinah. The doctor offered to treat the poor for free of charge. He
Stayed in Madinah for some time but the Muslims hardly went to him for
treatment. He was surprised and puzzled. Being a foreigner and a Christian, he
felt that perhaps the people did not trust him. He put his complaint to the
Rasool of Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi
Wasallam) assured him that what he thought was wrong. The Muslims of Madinah
were in good health. There was no need to go to a doctor. “How is that
possible?” the doctor asked. Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) replied’ “
Muslims are not allowed to eat unclean, harmful foods. They are required to eat
good, nutritious and healthy foods. They eat only when they are really hungry.
When they eat, they do not overeat

The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi
Wasallam) said: "Every righteous child who casts a look of mercy and
affection upon his parents shall be granted, for every look of his, rewards
equivalent to that of an accepted Hajj." Those around the Prophet
(Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) questioned: "O Prophet of Allah! Even if he
were to look at them a hundred times a day?" The Messenger of Allah
(Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) replied: "Indeed! Allah is the Greatest and
Most Kind.
“Your Lord has decreed that you
worship none but Him, and that you be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them
attain old age in your life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel
them, but address them in terms of honour. And, out of kindness, lower to them
the wing of humility, and say, `My Lord! Bestow on them Your Mercy even as they
cherished me in childhood”. (Qur'ãn 17:23-24)
Sayyidina Anas (R.A.) reported that the Prophet
(Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, "Whosoever wants comfort, sustenance
and long life should do good to his blood relations and treat his parents
well." (Ahmad)
Sayyidina Abu Huraira (R.A.)
reported that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) once said, "May his
nose be smeared in dust." Someone asked to whom was he referring to. The
Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, that the man, who has aged parents

A BOY IN WAIT

The night was dark and it was late. Bayazeed was a boy of tender age.
His mother was sleeping while he was learning his lessons. Suddenly the mother
said in a sleepy voice, “A cup of water my son, I am thirsty.” Bayazeed immediately
went to fetch the water but he found the pot empty. He went out of the house to
the spring. By the time he returned his mother had fallen back in a deep sleep.
What was the young Bayazeed to do? If he awakened his mother, it would give her
trouble. He decided to sit silently next to his mother with the cup of water in
his hand. At last the mother opened her eyes and lo! Bayazeed was still sitting
by her side. The mother remembered what she had said to her son in the early
part of the night. She was very pleased with her son and hugged him. She prayed
to Allah for water

SOMETHING
FOR EVERYONE
For the Cricket player :
When he is caught he says to
himself: If only I had played
that ball down.
For the Football player :
When he misses a chance to
score a goal, he says to himself:
If only I had scored.
For the Businessman :
When he misses out on a good
business deal he says to himself:
If only I took advantage of that
deal.
For the Student :
When he is writing an exam,
wherein he does not know what
is happening he says to himself:
If only I had studied for the
exams.
Similarly for everyone who
makes a mistake and when he
realizes his mistakes, he says to
himself:
If only I …
We find in all the above
instances, the person involved
will always receive another
batting, scoring or studying
chance wherein he will manage
to rectify any errors committed.
However in one instance there is
not going to be another chance
i.e. The Day of Qiyãmah
(Resurrection). Where a person
will see the true reality of Jannah
and Jahannum.
And he will say to himself :

BE KIND TO ALL
Once
a man asked permission to meet Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasllam). Permission was
given. “Let him come in,” said Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasllam) “He is known as
the worst member of his tribe.” When the man came in, Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasllam)
greeted him politely. He talked to him very gently and kindly. This surprised
Sayyidinah Aisha (R.A.). As soon as the man was gone, she asked Nabi
(Sallallahu Alayhi Wasllam) why, if he was not a good man, did he talk to him
so kindly. Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasllam) replied, “The worst man in the eyes
of Allah is he who stops meeting a person because of the person’s bad habits.”

Significance of Bismillah(2)
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
“I seek shelter in Allah from the rejected Satan''
“In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful"
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
As we have seen stories of bismillah in previous post
Power
of Bismillah, Worth of Bismillah: I can walk on water
Syed Murtadha was a great aalim (scholar) who
lived many years ago. He had many students who attended his classes. At one of his classes he noticed
that one of the students always came late. One day Syed Murtadha asked the
student "Why are you always late?" The student replied that he lived across the river and always took the
first ferry across but the ferry service did not start any earlier. Syed Murtadha wrote something on a piece of paper,
folded it and gave it to the student. "Keep this with you" he said
"and you will be able to walk across the river from tomorrow - but do not
open the paper."The next day the student got to the river and put his foot
tentatively on the water. He could not believe that he could actually walk on
the water. For the next few days, he got to the classes on time. One day, he
could not hold back his curiosity. He looked inside the folded piece of paper.
On it was written Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the name of ALLAH SWT, the
beneficent the merciful). For a moment he
thought - "Is this all that helps me walk on water!" He put the paper
in his pocket as usual and went to the river to go to his classes. This time he
could not walk on the water and had to wait for the ferry. This meant that he
was late for his class. When the class
was over, Syed Murtadha called him over and said "You looked into the
paper when I had told you not to!" With
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the name of ALLAH SWT, the beneficent the merciful)
you can move mountains provided you have trust and faith in ALLAH SWT.
Worth
of Bismillah, Significance of Bismillah: Ring in the Stomach of the Fish
There was once a lady who always said Bismillahirrahmanirrahim
(In the name of ALLAH SWT, the beneficent the merciful) before she did
anything. She knew that ALLAH SWT would then always be with her. One day, she put
her ring in the cupboard and as usual she said Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the
name of ALLAH SWT, the beneficent the merciful) before she put it away. She
knew that it would be safe. Her husband took the ring and threw it in the river. He wanted to prove
to her that only saying Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the name of ALLAH SWT, the
beneficent the merciful) would not keep it safe. He thought that in the evening
he would ask her where the ring was and it would not be there. Later that morning, the lady went to the market to buy
some fish. When she was cleaning the fish at home she found her ring inside the
stomach of the fish. She wondered how it got there but then put it back in its
place in the cupboard saying Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the name of ALLAH
SWT, the beneficent the merciful). When
her husband came back from work, he asked her where the ring was. She brought
it from the cupboard. He was so surprised! He
told her what he had done and apologized to her. He also truly believed that
ALLAH SWT is with the person who says Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (In the name of
ALLAH SWT, the beneficent the merciful) before he/she does anything.
